We had Luxe refinish our old hardwood floor. They were absolutely amazing to work with and did a great job on the floor! Such great customer service. Would highly recommend!

Luxe was very well organized in their processes and did an excellent job on the install. There was a duct that was miss located by another contractor and they were able to remove some of the flooring, patch the floor, and it was a 100% match to the rest of the floor. You couldn't see any difference compared to the rest of the floor. Excellent workmanship, they take pride in your floor looking great as much as the owners do. Highly recommend them.

If I could give Luxe Flooring 100 stars, I would. Everyone I worked with was exceptional, kind, easy to work with, and the pricing was fantastic. They helped me out when I was in a pinch and they were not only fantastic, but they were in and out quick. Even when a family member a few days later came by and broke a few floor pieces, Luxe Flooring came out the next day and repaired it, no questions asked. I can't even tell where the damage is anymore, that's how good the repair was. I have full confidence that what they did will last forever (as long as I don't have family members try to experiment with stuff in the near future, haha). Everyone I talked to was knowledgeable and very kind. I had some installers come out and show me how they were repairing a few pieces of vinyl flooring in the middle of the floor. Seriously, if there's a flooring company I would recommend, it's Luxe Flooring. I can't say how much I appreciate them!

I called around 7:30 on a Thursday night had everything booked for Friday morning and a quote within 15 mins. I was so happy. We had a fireplace installed in our master bedroom and needed the carpet fixed around the install before someone came to paint on a Saturday morning. I was more than pleased with our phone call, txts and emails. The technician was on time and done in a very timely manner. We received our invoice over txt with a very easy way to pay and I look forward to recommending them to friends and using them in the future.

You will NOT regret working with Luxe. The sales team helped my wife find the perfect shade of engineered hardwood and Ryan did an excellent job installing the hardwood on three levels of the home including two stairways, one of which had decorative open sides and challenging angles. We are extremely happy with the floors. It feels like a new house! Thanks Luxe!!!
These guys did an awesome job with fixing my floor and installing carpet, all while answering all my questions. They were also the most reasonable priced around. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
